This is a supportive and fun environment open to everyone at all ages and fitness level. The programming is progressive, which allows anyone from a beginner to an elite fitness level to participate. The main focus of the XPT Experience is to help develop your breathing capacity, mobilize your body with functional movement, and develop higher levels of resilience to stress. XPT coaches will continuously monitor attendees' performances, which allows them to make a judgement call to push you towards your limits safely, or decrease the intensity. Although the coaches will encourage you to participate in all the activities, you can choose to opt-out on anything you do not wish to do.
